How ITS organisations can collaborate cross border to foster ITS Innovation and make it as easy to travel multimodal cross border as it is using a GPS in a car. A panel of from Nordic ITS organizations introduces how collaborating through ITS Nordic+ can create a bigger platform for ITS knowledge sharing by getting together physically and virtually, Innovation, a rig for getting funding for projects and networking cross border.

There is still a long way until the European population can enjoy freedom of choice of sustainable mobility modes. A major obstacle is the lack of Pan-European standards for discovery, planning, booking, payment and navigation for multimodal travel plans especially cross regional and national borders.

Which ITS Initiatives are we looking into?

How can the ITS family come together to help make the EU Green Deal come through.

Based on experiences from the NOMAD project and more European Conclaves on MaaS, the Nordic+ network invite all mobility actors to join the session and help identify the obstacles and accelerate the transformation towards seamless multimodal transport based on digital solutions.
