ITS China

CHINA INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS ASSOCIATION was established in 2008. It is the sole national, industry-wide, non-profit social organization in the intelligent transportation sector in China. The ITS China currently has nearly 500 member organizations and over a thousand individual members from 29 provinces (including autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country. This includes leading enterprises, government sectors, colleges and top research institutions in related fields of the intelligent transportation industry. The association boasts a think tank of nearly 600 experts and has established 11 special committees, including 2 working committees and 9 domain-specific working committees. These committees feature more than ten academicians from both China and abroad, covering fields such as urban transportation, traffic safety, waterway transportation, rail transportation, road vehicles, smart highways, static traffic, and road traffic optimization and control.
